Educere Learning was founded on a simple but powerful insight: recognising the crucial role parents' empathy plays in their children's educational success. With 25 years of professional experience—15 years in Financial Services and a decade dedicated to Education—I transitioned from banking to pursue my true passion: teaching. With a Qualified Tutor Accredition and as a mother of two who firmly believes every child learns differently, I immersed myself in education through hands-on school experiences, serving as a primary school governor, and managing 11+ mock exams.
These diverse roles revealed how traditional approaches often miss each child's unique potential. I developed a specialised methodology combining kinesthetic learning with deeply personalised plans that honour how each child naturally absorbs information. Watching previously struggling students transform into confident learners confirmed what I'd always believed: when we adapt our teaching to the child rather than expecting the child to adapt to us, remarkable things happen.
What began as my personal calling has evolved into Educere Learning, where our philosophy remains unchanged—we don't just teach subjects, we nurture confidence and help children rediscover their love of learning. Every child is seen, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.
